This covers anything on ApexTrusted that looks wrong: a disconnected phone number, outdated hours, a dental office that has closed or moved, a factual mistake in our educational content, or a review that looks like spam or abuse rather than a genuine patient experience.
How to report it
Email us at [email protected] with a link to the page in question and a short description of what's wrong. The more specific you are — for example, the correct phone number, or which line of text is inaccurate — the faster we can fix it.
What happens next
Tú Nguyễn uses correction requests to identify information that needs review and update. We don't guarantee a specific turnaround time, but we aim to review reports promptly and will make the correction once we've verified it.
Disagreements
If a listed agent or dental office disputes something we've published about them, they're welcome to reach out through the same address — we'll review the listing and correct anything that's genuinely inaccurate.
