You can ask us what personal information we hold about you — for example, contact details or quiz context submitted with a callback request, or information submitted with a review.
Right to correct
You can ask us to correct anything inaccurate in the information we hold about you.
Right to delete
You can ask us to delete personal information you've submitted, such as a past callback request or a review you posted. We'll remove what we reasonably can; a review already visible to other visitors may need to be manually taken down rather than instantly deleted, but we will act on the request.
Right to opt out of sharing
ApexTrusted does not share callback requests. If you submitted one through a former callback form, contact us and we will delete it.
No discrimination
We won't treat you differently — for example, by degrading site functionality — because you exercised any of the rights on this page.
How to exercise these rights
Email us at [email protected]. We may ask for enough detail to confirm the request relates to you, such as the phone number or name you originally submitted.
